WordPress + Gravity Forms - Write MySQL Database Query to bulk update Notifications by jimferguson

I need a MySQL query written that I can execute within phpmyadmin to bulk update the "From Name" and "From Email" notification fields for all of the Gravity Forms I have on my site. (Budget: $10 - $30 USD, Jobs: MySQL, Wordpress)
