Would like to have a utility that will upload images using ebay Picture Hosting Services. It would take CSV file (with let us say 200 URLs hosted at our rented cloud space), create ebay images and return / email same (or different) CSV with original URL / ebay URL combination... (Budget: $250 - $750 USD, Jobs: eBay, PHP)
